Being a clever student during all my life I wanted to be a pharmacist that will find the treatment for cancer. I finished my 5 years studding very hard and I trained a very hard training in a lot of pharmacies but after 5 years of studding I found what? I found myself working in the student hospital of the university, No place for researches in many companies, no applying for any researches, importing all our drugs from outside, local drugs were not to cure. But the problem was exceeded my work the real problem was in our humanity I was working with other doctors and pharmacists. They were only a closed box, no open mind, no creation, no trying to have the best in their work Also I was working with students of the university, I found a horrible things there is a lot of students can’t read very well , also a closed box try to know some information to vomit them in the exam then no revising , no dealing , no creation What is the problem? That was my question ,why most of them are dull persons and don’t love what they are doing the answer was our education yes our education the way we were educated was the reason, the reason for the dull minds ,the reason for hating reading and not to know the to go and to be a creative person I said no not any more I must do something to have another generation. I left my work, studied about education here in Egypt and online to have more experience then I found that Montessori was the perfect way to educate students here also I studied many things concerning the language practices and applying also concerning the character.
